The week of January 28, 2008- February 2, 2006 was Catholic School's Week at SMS, which is celebrated annually. During the week we do many activities. Going to the nursing home and visiting the residents, and making care packages for the veterans.
Fun at the Nursing Home
Garret , Lauren D. and Kelly , along with other SMS students, enjoyed a game of balloon volleyball with the residents of Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
Soup Supper
Parish and school families joined us for our soup supper following our CSW closing Mass.
Valentines 4 Vets
Erin, Rachel S, and Marcus helped make valentines to send to the Illinois Veterans’ Home in Quincy. Students also brought in personal care items and snacks to share with the residents.
